Renaissance Dental Center Attends Renowned SPEAR Education Facility For Hands-On Training Workshop

Local Raleigh Dental Practice Travels To Partake In Team-Building Workshop

RALEIGH, N.C., June 18, 2018 – Renaissance Dental Center (“Renaissance”), a dentistry committed to providing the highest quality of care and treating each person’s unique and individual needs, will be traveling to Scottsdale, Arizona next week with its entire staff. There, the team will participate in the Practice of Excellence Workshop at SPEAR Education. This two-and-a-half-day workshop focuses on accountability and self-leadership to establish a shared vision for the practice.

SPEAR Education is a dental-education facility that revolves around patient-centric dental healthcare, advanced clinical techniques, and enhanced business acumen. Resident faculty provides seminars, workshops, and practice consulting in-person, as well as online education.

Renaissance Dental Center hopes to increase patient engagement skills, create an open and supportive culture within their practice, and leverage individual strengths to achieve strategic goals through the Practice of Excellence workshop.
